Terms and conditions
These terms cover the annual packages on atelierlago.ch. For Website and Website + Panel, the contract is formed when you pay by card and accept these terms.
1. Contracting party
Services are provided by Sinan, proprietor of the sole activity Atelier Lago, Via S. Carlo 1A, 6932 Breganzona, Switzerland. Not entered in the commercial register; no VAT/UID number. Invoices do not show VAT.
2. How the contract is formed
For the Website package (CHF 1,490/year) and Website + Panel (CHF 2,490/year), the contract is formed when you pay by card on this page and accept these terms. The amount charged is the published price. Kiosk packages remain a request: a WhatsApp message is not a binding order.
3. Packages and term
The published prices are the contract price: CHF 1,490/year for Website and CHF 2,490/year for Website + Panel. The 12 months start on the day the branded site goes live. The Website package is delivered within 48 hours of payment, using the name, business and WhatsApp from the form. Website + Panel usually takes a few days. Kiosk packages follow the kiosk page.
4. Payment
The full year is paid by card through Stripe at checkout. There is no recurring charge. The amount is without VAT: the activity is not VAT-registered. Work starts when payment is received. Once work has started, the amount paid is not refunded.
5. Renewal
There is no automatic renewal. A new 12-month period may be offered in writing before expiry. Renewal takes effect only with written acceptance; the price is that of the new offer.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel in writing. If work has started, the deposit is not refunded unless agreed otherwise. Unused prepaid months do not create an automatic refund. After a reminder, unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of hosting and support.
7. Domain
The domain remains yours. If we register or manage it, we do so on your behalf and hand it over at the end of the relationship.
8. Hosting and migration
During the paid 12 months the site is hosted on Atelier Lago’s infrastructure (currently Vercel). Files and content can be provided for migration. Extra migration and work outside the package are charged separately.
9. What is included
Hosting, technical maintenance, small content edits and weekday WhatsApp support in the agreed languages. Not included: professional photography, paid ads, large custom features.
10. Content
You supply text, logos and photos you have the rights to, and remain responsible for the content on your site.
11. Law
Swiss law applies. Venue: Lugano / Ticino, as far as legally permitted.
